Product Description
We are manufacturer of various catalytic converter for exhaust system. Main products: Metal honeycomb substrate catalyst and ceramic honeycomb substrate catalyst for automobile, motorcycle exhaust pipe substrate etc. The material of outside shell is SUS441 and 444. The foil material of inside is OCr21Al6, and the thickness is 0.1 mm. Compared to ceramic substrate, the metallic substrate has good heat conduction advantage. The honeycomb metal substrate for precious metal coating, our technology can make sure the low loss rate. It can be made of concentric round metal substrate, also can be made of duboule s metal substrate.
We mainly produce auto catalyst used for motorcycles, universal engine and so on. The catalyst is well known for low light-off temperature with long-term durability performance. It is mainly exported to Germany, Korea, Sweden etc. Our products meet the standards EuroII, EuroIII, EuroIV and EuroV emission standard approved.
