Ceramic Honeycomb Filter is applied to metal liqiud filtration with high achievable surface areas, low thermal expansion, excellent thermal shock resistance and high compressive strength. Ceramic Honeycomb Filter is kind of structural ceramics, with insulation resistance, voltage resistance, high strength, good thermal conductivity, dielectric loss, stable electrical performance characteristics. It is used in electronic ceramic substrates, ceramic electrical insulation, vacuum devices, devices porcelain, spark plugs and other products.
Ceramic honeycomb Filter for the metal melting now is extensively applied to the metallurgic plants of casting/foundry, for example, steel, iron, copper and aluminum, etc. Because of its high mechanical intensity and heat-resistance, it is used to get rid of the metal impurity, refractory scrap, solid refractory alloy, sinter, in the molten metal liquid when casting the products, so as to reduce the air vent of casting, improve the quality of casting and also reduce the casting cost.
