High Strength Porous Ceramic Honeycomb Filter for Metal Melting
Product Description
Ceramic honeycomb filter is able to get rid of the metal impurity, refractory scrap, solid refractory alloy, sinter and molten metal liquid when casting products, reduce the air vent of castings, raise the casting quality, and reduce the cost.
Material: Cordierite and mullite, cordierite/mullite, mullite/zirconia, high aluminum, silicon carbide, etc. It is widely used in the metallurgy plant of casting, foundry of steel, iron, copper and aluminum.
The various sizes will meet your requirements.
Square type: 40X40X12.5mm, 50X50X12.5mm, 60X60X12.5mm, 70X70X12.5mm.
Round type: Dia. 40mm, Dia. 50mm, Dia. 60mm, Dia. 70mm, Dia. 80mm, Dia. 100mm.
The advantages of honeycomb ceramic filter as follows:
Geometrical shape
High dimensional accuracy
Good mechanical and handling properties
Maximum service temperature 1450° C, it is applied to grey iron, ductile iron and malleable iron
Grey iron requires cell diameters of less than or equal to 2 mm, spheroidal graphite iron requires cell diameters of 2 mm and greater
