Honeycomb ceramic filter plate are widely used in metallurgy and casting industry for the filter of melted metal. Honeycomb Ceramic Filter also can be called Extruded Ceramic Filters or Molten Metal Cellular Filters, are widely used as molten metal filtration in metallurgical and foundry industries. This product has the characters of excellent resistance to thermal shock, high strength, high porosity and specific surface area. With its unique straight channel honeycomb designs, it can increase the specific surface area between molten metal and ceramic filter, thereby to improve its adsorpting and capturing tiny impurities ability, so as to get ride of non-metal impurity and gas, make the metal liquid steady, purify metal liquid. It can not only reduce casting cost, but also improve casting quality.
At melting metal liquid at ceramic hole eyes, in order to removing metal the refractory piece, alloy and melt the inclusion, such as dreg, etc. That melts of solution, the ceramic filter of honeycomb still plays a peculiar rectification role, can get steady and fast solution laminar flow, can prevent bubbles from entering, avoid the harmful effects that cause by the turbulance makes the metal oxidize and splash by the solution.
