Honeycomb Ceramic Substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter. Honeycomb Ceramic Substrate have a very competive substrates. We can produce 100CPSI, 200CPSI, 400CPSI, 600CPSI can be in the shape of round, racetrack and ovral. It can be coated with the catalyst and the noble metal of Pt, Pd, Rh as the customers emission standards: Euro II, EuroIII and EuroIV and so on.

They well match active components of catalysts, have thin pore wall, large geometric specific area, low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal impact resistance, while widely used in various fields. The products are the ideal carrier for catalysts and heat exchanger of purifying waste gas in environmental protection and chemical industry, and also the ideal high-temperature filtering materials of the metallurgy and casting industry.

Honeycomb ceramic has the unique construction, excellent surface function and thermal property, was widely used in the automobile tail gas purification, chemical effluent gas purification, chemical catalysis, connecting combustion, melt metals and thermal medium filtering etc.
