SiC Ceramic Foam Filter
SiC ceramic foam filter is mainly used for filtration of SiC and SiC alloys in foundries and cast houses. With their excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance from molten aluminum, they can effectively eliminate inclusions, reduce trapped gas and provide laminar flow, and then the filtered metal is significantly cleaner. Cleaner metal results in higher-quality castings, less scrap, and fewer inclusion defects.
We have distributed ceramic foam filter which is used for filtration of grey and nodular cast iron and copper alloys. It is made from high quality ceramic materials, whose main components are SiC, Al2O3, ZrO2 etc. Our products have superior performance for removing the mass in the molten metal liquid and also the tiny inclusion to improve the composition structure. Also it reduces the content of gas and poisonous element in the metal liquid.
