Alumina ceramic foam filter is mainly used for filtration of aluminum and aluminum alloys in foundries and cast houses. It is widely applied to the aluminum fusant filtration equipment of continuous casting, half continuous casting, gravity casting and low pressure casting. It can effectively remove inclusions, reduce trapped gas and provide laminar flow when molten aluminum filtrated.

Alumina ceramic foam filter is equipped with a gasket on the edges. The gasket assures the proper and tight position of the filter within the filter box. Also you can choose alumina ceramic foam filter without gasket. We can produce according to customer requirements of different shapes, sizes and bore density.
